Common questions
How do I get more conversations?
Make the teaser text specific. Instead of “Questions?”, try “Not sure about the size?”. The closer the question is to what's holding visitors back, the more likely they are to write.
Why doesn't every conversation have a reason?
Very short conversations, such as a “Hi” with no reply, or questions unrelated to buying don't give you a reason. That's normal.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In your dashboard under Settings → Privacy, you download all your account's data. Your data is yours.
How do I check whether a change works?
Take the reason at the top and the suggestion that comes with it. Make the change on the page or in an ad. Afterwards, your dashboard shows whether new conversations mention the reason less often.
